We are looking for talented architecture enthusiasts for our sports facility, educational and administrative construction projects. SHA is a family-run company with currently 54 colleagues in Dortmund and Berlin. We are convinced that we achieve the best results as a team and through dialog. Your tasks

You play a key role in the exchange between service phase 5 of planning and service phase 6-8, especially with regard to the interfaces AVA and BIM
You create (partially) functional service descriptions or detailed service specifications depending on the project requirements and are involved in the awarding of contracts.
They monitor the construction process and coordinate those involved on site. You will take on project responsibility within the team with coordination skills and represent our office with a confident manner on construction sites and with the client

Your profile

Ideally, you have already been working successfully in service phases 6-8 for several years and would like to contribute and expand your experience and responsibility with commitment in our office
Solid knowledge of the relevant norms and technical standards is just as much a matter of course for you as the confident use of general (e.g. MS Office) and industry-specific IT applications (ORCA AVA | BIM)
min. 5 years of professional experience
Commitment to the project and dedication, both as part of a team and independently
You bring your assertiveness and leadership skills to our office and would like to develop them further
You have an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset and are interested in long-term collaboration
