Before we start drawing, the task must be clarified. We support you in the development and formulation of this task and advise you on the expected scope of services. We work with you to determine which specialist planners are required at which planning stage for the specific task and suggest suitable colleagues. The preliminary design is a concept with sketches, initial figures and a (still rough) cost estimate. The basic legal issues are clarified.<\/p>\n

In this first phase, the general feasibility is examined using various concepts.
