Companies continue to run: SHA was there<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t

28th place for our architectural office at the nationwide company run<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n

Everyone for themselves and yet together as a team – in times of Corona, even the beloved company runs look different than before. While our architecture firm has always started together at the B2 Run Dortmund, the AOK company run and even the triathlon in recent years, we are currently only allowed to do sports outside in pairs or at a distance. As a result, all the great events are being canceled one after the other. This is of course a completely correct measure, but still a shame.<\/p>\n

However, a great side effect is that many creative ideas are implemented. The initiative Firmen-laufen-weiter.de has launched the first Germany-wide company run. Motto: Everything as always – just different. After all, the sense of belonging and the sense of togetherness must be maintained and strengthened despite social distancing measures, home office regulations and much more.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

The principle is as simple as it is captivating: everyone gets moving on their own, runs or walks six kilometers, tracks the whole thing with a fitness app and uploads the results under the joint company name.<\/p>\n

This idea immediately caught on with SHA. And so several colleagues independently laced up their running shoes last week and ran for SHA. The highlight: unlike the sporting events that normally take place in Dortmund, our location in Berlin was also able to take part without any complications. The online team event with real movement in life 1.0 was finished. And even if being there is everything, we were delighted to come 28th out of a total of 416 participating companies with an average time of 30:38 minutes for six kilometers!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>
