SHA receives TOTAL E-QUALITY award for equal opportunities<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Reason to celebrate: SHA Scheffler Helbich Architekten GmbH has been awarded the “TOTAL E-QUALITY” award for the first time. An independent jury evaluated the company’s voluntary activities to improve equal opportunities for women and men on the basis of an extensive list of questions. “We would like to congratulate SHA for an unusually strong start in the TOTAL-E-QUALITY family,” said the jury in its statement. The award honors the numerous services offered by the architecture firm for equal opportunities and effective cooperation that go beyond the measures enshrined in the law.<\/p>\n

“For example, we enable many different working time models so that the individual circumstances of our colleagues can be taken into account,” says Birgit Helbich, partner at SHA. This automatically leads to some women working part-time in management positions. “And it works wonderfully,” adds Christoph Helbich, Managing Partner. “We see ourselves as a modern and dynamic family business that wants to move into the future with tradition. In all aspects of daily office life, we rely on individual and respectful exchanges at eye level in order to develop solutions together.”<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

And: The new PhoenixWERK site<\/a> on Phoenix West in Dortmund is a milestone in SHA’s company history. Modern offices and spacious premises now offer even more opportunities to initiate employee-friendly measures.<\/p>\n

The City of Dortmund also sent a letter of congratulations: “As an ‘excellent company’, you show that equal opportunities and diversity are key quality features of a modern HR policy and are therefore an important multiplier in the region.”<\/p>\n

SHA can now use the “TOTAL E-QUALITY” award for the next three years. It shows qualified applicants that SHA is an attractive employer<\/a> committed to equal opportunities and the compatibility of family and career.<\/p>\n

The award ceremony was originally planned for October in Erfurt, but unfortunately has to take place purely digitally this year due to Corona.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>
