As a new member of the nationwide corporate network<a href=\"https:\/\/www.erfolgsfaktor-familie.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">&#8220;Success Factor Family<\/a>&#8220;, our office now benefits from the combined experience and good examples of the many other companies. &#8220;By becoming a member of the network, we show both internally and externally that the compatibility of work and family plays a major role in our architecture firm,&#8221; says Managing Director Birgit Helbich. &#8220;We want to find an individual solution for each of our colleagues&#8217; life situations.&#8221; In addition, SHA is currently also taking part in the local advisory program <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wirtschaftsfoerderung-dortmund.de\/unternehmen\/beratungsprogramme\/famundo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">&#8220;FamUnDo&#8221; &#8211; family-conscious companies in Dortmund<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Family as a success factor<\/h4>\n<p>The corporate network &#8220;Success Factor Family&#8221; was founded in 2007 by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs and the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce as a central platform for family-friendly companies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_third  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding        avia-builder-el-4  el_after_av_one_third  el_before_av_one_third  \"><p><section  class='av_textblock_section av-kjtu72rx-e3005ff0439cc8191cbc469bdb181c33 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Since then, it has grown continuously and now includes members ranging from small businesses to DAX-listed companies.<\/p>\n<p>With its services, the network office primarily supports small and medium-sized companies in the practical implementation of a family-friendly personnel policy.
