For all projects – whether existing buildings, extensions or new builds – we see our responsibility in formulating an appropriate solution: appropriate in terms of functional requirements, appropriate in terms of cost and schedule, appropriate in terms of design and impact. Every project is individual and therefore requires individual processing.<\/p>\n

For this reason, our work begins even before the actual planning<\/a> stage. Our primary concern here is to understand our client, his needs and the organizational and functional processes of the company. This lays the foundation for holistic planning and a successful project.<\/p>\n

Even before the first excavator rolls in, our construction management team works closely with the planners to take care of costs and deadlines and – if necessary – compares operational specifications with the reality of the construction site. Initial schedules are drawn up at the start of the project, refined as the project progresses and continually optimized. It is our responsibility to fully support and accompany our clients through all phases of the project. A personal level with fixed contact persons<\/a> and cooperation based on trust are particularly important to us.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

Controlling offers our clients transparent cost control from the initial budget to the final invoice. Adherence to the jointly agreed budget and the agreed standards is our top priority. That is why we rely on personal contact and our presence on the construction site. SHA’s construction management monitors the execution on site throughout Germany and is a reliable point of contact, a trouble-shooter and problem solver during the construction phase and beyond.<\/p>\n

And after project completion? Let’s stay in touch! Our work does not end when we hand over the keys. In retrospect<\/a>, we jointly assess whether our joint construction project was realized to everyone’s satisfaction and whether the specifications were met.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>
