Long-term corporate strategies require future-oriented planning. We anticipate development steps! One example of this is the collaboration with Murtfeldt Kunststoffe. The Dortmund-based company is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of guide systems and sliding, wear-resistant plastics. When Murtfeldt took over a neighboring former factory site, the management commissioned SHA to draw up a master plan to develop an optimal long-term structure for the future use of the site. The first step was to convert and extend part of the existing halls for the subsidiary Murdotec.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

By the way: Murtfeldt has been relying on our planning and advice for many years. Since 2007, we have planned various new construction and conversion measures, which included both an expansion and modernization of the administration as well as a restructuring of the production and storage areas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>
