Together for a better future<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Our contribution to Discover Germany, Switzerland & Austria <\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n

At the beginning of the year, an article about our office was published in the current Discover Germany, Switzerland & Austria magazine. In it, we describe our approach to building in times of raw material and energy crisis and how we want to make a contribution to climate neutrality.<\/p>\n

We think outside the box for every project<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whether it’s a training center or a commercial building, our expertise and focus for every project is on cost-effectiveness and flexibility, for example by optimizing logistical processes and building configurations for the flow of people or goods.<\/p>\n

We think curiously and analytically, and see complicated framework conditions as a welcome challenge rather than an obstacle. Each task becomes a building block in the overall context: “In most cases, small changes can make a big difference on the road to climate neutrality without compromising on economic and architectural aspects.”<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

Reduce gray energy
\n<\/strong>
\nDepending on the calculation, the construction industry is currently responsible for up to 50 percent of global CO2 emissions, consumes 50 percent of the raw materials available worldwide and produces 60 percent of the waste volume. We see these figures as an urgent call and an opportunity for change: “It doesn’t have to be this way. Together, we can revolutionize the construction industry and sensitize clients to sustainable building.”<\/p>\n

This approach can be realized, for example, by planning self-sufficient buildings that generate additional energy and feed the surplus into the public grid. This has also been extremely economical since the energy crisis at the latest.<\/p>\n

In Leipzig, we are currently planning a company headquarters in timber construction. Wood as a renewable raw material, rock wool made from recycled materials for insulation and folded lightweight elements as a fa\u00e7ade shell: the construction method saves weight and material, which significantly reduces CO2 emissions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

The green roof and a newly planted climatic forest also support the microclimate.<\/p>\n

In order to offer future generations on this planet a chance, we want to use innovative concepts to encourage a radical rethink of strategies: “By returning to low-tech solutions, conscious use of resources and increasing biodiversity in the city, we can help shape the path to climate neutrality.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/main><\/div><\/div>
