For over a year, she has been expanding her knowledge in this area and consequently also the expertise of the entire team. Having already become a DGNB Consultant, she has now been awarded the certificate of accreditation as a DGNB Auditor, the highest qualification awarded by the DGNB Academy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_third  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding  bg-default   img-left   avia-builder-el-6  el_after_av_one_third  el_before_av_one_third  column-top-margin\"><section  class='av_textblock_section av-loo49rqs-09e6cef8827a238616628b7e5d5b119b '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>In addition to the entire team, clients and other parties involved in construction also benefit from the SHA employee&#8217;s extended specialist knowledge. For upcoming construction projects, Laura Spickenheier advises on forward-looking decisions right from the start and throughout the design, planning and realization process and provides support with the documentation and submission for DGNB certification.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_third  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding  bg-default   img-left   avia-builder-el-8  el_after_av_one_third  avia-builder-el-last  column-top-margin\"><section  class='av_textblock_section av-lpqsb32u-f7acef364455d1e049680195afd3dfdc '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>For building owners, the criteria in the DGNB certification make the construction of a high-quality building measurable in concrete terms and the sustainable project content is documented in detail. During the planning phase, building owners also receive a comprehensive overview of the life cycle assessment and the entire life cycle of the certified building. In conjunction with quality assurance during the execution phase, the architecture is developed towards holistic
