Aujourd&rsquo;hui, des ann\u00e9es plus tard, nous regardons en arri\u00e8re et constatons une croissance impressionnante. La brasserie des mineurs, Phoenix de Lumi\u00e8res dans le quartier. Des projets tels que NordWest, Bechtle, Amprion, Materna et bien d&rsquo;autres s&rsquo;y sont install\u00e9s. Le PhoenixWERK fait partie de cette histoire \u00e0 succ\u00e8s et a trouv\u00e9 sa place en tant que compl\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle des structures historiques du haut fourneau, du gazom\u00e8tre et des Phoenixhallen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie de ce projet de cette qualit\u00e9 n&rsquo;aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible sans le travail de partenariat avec le service de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et Carsten Scherer de Remira\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Christoph Helbich \u00ab\u00a0Ensemble, ils ont divis\u00e9 le terrain de mani\u00e8re optimale et cr\u00e9\u00e9 un ensemble architectural qui respecte et compl\u00e8te la structure existante.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/p>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_third  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding  bg-default   img-left   avia-builder-el-4  el_after_av_one_third  el_before_av_one_full  \"><section  class='av_textblock_section av-lps565sl-43f3417546f2a2853d2567b76e4b0852 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Le troisi\u00e8me immeuble de bureaux inaugur\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui, construit en coop\u00e9ration avec Johann Jaeger du groupe Jaeger, continue de fixer les normes les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration conceptuelle dans l&rsquo;architecture existante, les vastes espaces de bureaux et l&rsquo;approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique durable par une double pompe \u00e0 chaleur et des panneaux photovolta\u00efques soulignent les exigences de qualit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;innovation du cabinet d&rsquo;architecture.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaux locataires sont Methodenschmiede, InterLog Management et Planersociet\u00e4t et contribuent encore \u00e0 la croissance du site.
