Extension and modernization

The Murtfeldt company has expanded its administration by adding two office floors to an existing production hall. At the same time, a new canteen with over 100 seats was built inside the hall, which is over four meters high, freeing up space for spacious meeting and conference areas.

The concrete ceiling and floor of the former production hall have been retained and, together with long oak tables, give the new space a modern industrial character.

Together with a representative entrance foyer in which the company can present its materials and products, this has created a completely new image for the company. On the façade of the modernized headquarters, old exposed aggregate concrete meets smooth exposed concrete and large areas of glazing.
