Concept and feasibility studies
Before we start drawing, the task must be clarified. We support you in the development and formulation of this task and advise you on the expected scope of services. We work with you to determine which specialist planners are required at which planning stage for the specific task and suggest suitable colleagues. The preliminary design is a concept with sketches, initial figures and a (still rough) cost estimate. The basic legal issues are clarified.
In this first phase, the general feasibility is examined using various concepts. There are often several possible solutions, which we compare with you and for which we clarify the advantages and disadvantages together with you.
Setting the course: Project development
The key decisions within a project are made in the initial phases. In this respect, early project development determines all subsequent costs. Project initiation is of particular importance here.
This is where idea, location and capital come together for the first time. Opportunities are weighed up from an entrepreneurial, planning and political point of view and checked for their competitiveness.
