6 Data protection for applications and in the application process
We collect and process personal data from applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. This processing can also be carried out electronically. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR (performance of a contractual relationship including pre-contractual activities).
If the application process results in an employment contract with an applicant, we store the data transmitted to us for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If the application does not result in employment of the applicant, we will delete the application documents no later than three months after notification of rejection to the applicant, provided that no other legitimate interests of our company conflict with deletion.
