A modern building materials retailer for professional customers with efficient logistics, fast service and a showroom where the best possible advice can be provided in the areas of building elements and parquet flooring: This is Luschka + Wagenmann at its new location in Mannheim.

The almost complete roofing of the goods meets the quality requirements of the customers: in a central, roofed 1,200 m² loading zone, they can load their timber and building materials from the warehouses (capacity: more than 5,000 m²) and the open-air warehouse (capacity: just under 1,000 m²) quickly and conveniently thanks to logistically optimized routing.

The new halls are flanked by an office building with a showroom, advice counter and administrative and social rooms for the employees of the long-established company.

As a third structural element, a listed petrol station on the site was revived and integrated in a contemporary way for the building elements exhibition. A successful combination of old and new!

The Mannheim Friedrichsfeld West site is located directly on the highway and is therefore easily accessible. The keys were handed over and the grand opening took place in June 2019.
