Before we start drawing, the task must be clarified. We support you in the development and formulation of this task and advise you on the expected scope of services. We work with you to determine which specialist planners are required at which planning stage for the specific task and suggest suitable colleagues. The preliminary design is a concept with sketches, initial figures and a (still rough) cost estimate. The basic legal issues are clarified.
In this first phase, the general feasibility is examined using various concepts. There are often several possible solutions, which we compare with you and for which we clarify the advantages and disadvantages together with you.
The key decisions within a project are made in the initial phases. In this respect, early project development determines all subsequent costs. Project initiation is of particular importance here.
This is where idea, location and capital come together for the first time. Opportunities are weighed up from an entrepreneurial, planning and political point of view and checked for their competitiveness. Aspects of environmental compatibility, the safeguarding or generation of jobs and the potential risk of a measure are examined and quantified. We are happy to support you with your project. Contact us and take advantage of our industry-specific knowledge.
With your project, you have the requirement that only the best solution comes into question for you. That’s why we always face up to the competition and in this way show that we think conceptually, functionally and economically in the interests of the client and seek their benefit. SHA Scheffler Helbich Architekten also regularly bring their many years of expertise to bear in VgV procedures and expressions of interest.
We only ever want one thing: the optimum result in terms of the project.
In addition to functionality and cost-effectiveness, architecture is always a question of spatial and physical quality. This can be checked perfectly in the early planning phases in spatial representations such as the 3D simulation and the classic architectural model.
In addition to plans and figures, both types of presentation are among the most important tools for providing clients, specialist planners, local authorities and approval authorities with an even better understanding of the project. In this way, all spatial-architectural and urban planning questions as well as technical aspects such as sunlight and shading can be clearly answered at an early stage.
