New building: Bike Center Dressel in Kronach
Bicycle retail as part of a retail park
The new Dressel Bike Center in Kronach is part of a larger specialist retail center consisting of a DIY store, pet food store and bicycle shop. SHA represented and asserted the interests of the two-wheeler trade vis-à-vis the other investors and the city in the development plan process.
Incidentally, the building was planned completely three-dimensionally in BIM (Building Information Modeling), which greatly simplified the construction process and the exchange with specialist planners and construction companies.
