Federal building subsidy for efficient buildings (BEG)
Secure building cost subsidies now
Energy-efficient and sustainably constructed buildings have long been subsidized by KfW (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau) with repayment grants.
On July 1, 2021, a fundamental revision of these grants will come into force with the “Guidelines for Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings – Non-residential Buildings (BEG)”, which will promote energy efficiency and sustainability even more strongly in future. Subsidies of 15 % – 22.5 % are paid for new builds, and up to 50 % for energy-efficient refurbishments.
Our clients therefore benefit in many ways from our economical and sustainable planning and make an active contribution to climate protection:
You use investment grants and…
- … reduce your operating costs
- … increase the return
- … secure your competitiveness
