New BAUHAUS specialist center in Wiesbaden officially opened
Wiesbaden follows Düsseldorf
With the new BAUHAUS specialist center in the Wiesbaden district of Mainz-Kastel, another sales location was opened, in the planning and realization of which SHA played a key role. Just two months ago, our team celebrated the opening of another BAUHAUS specialist center in Düsseldorf-Rath.
The new location now offers its customers a large range of over 160,000 products on an area of over 18,000 m². A drive-in arena for quick loading and unloading of purchased goods and an urban garden were also built.
DGNB Gold pre-certification
Comprehensive measures for sustainable construction were taken at the new specialist center, so that the building was awarded the DGNB pre-certificate.
The roof of the new specialist center is covered with greenery and a photovoltaic system that covers a large part of the electricity requirements. In addition, a sufficient number of electric charging stations ensure that electric vehicles can be conveniently charged while shopping.
