Lensing Media Port: conversion on Speicherstrasse

In the port of Dortmund, the former warehouse building at Speicherstraße 2 becomes the “Lensing Media Port”. The conversion of the building is currently underway and planning permission has been granted. The new utilization concept provides for digital and media-related industries and and media-related sectors and facilities – and an opening of the area to the neighboring residential areas and the the general public.
After completion office and conference roomsdigital agencies, restaurants and much more the old warehouse building fill the port with new life. The entire quarter – with the Lensing Media Port as its central central anchor – will become a digital, creative and urban and urban start-up and knowledge district that thrives on thrives on exchange and collaboration.
