On PHOENIX West we are there for you as usual from now on.
As usual? Admittedly, nothing is “familiar” at the moment. You know that as well as we do. The special situation caused by the coronavirus crisis has presented us with major challenges. In normal working life, but also with regard to the long-planned company relocation.
Such an undertaking is not necessarily what you want at this stage. Or to put it another way: the joy is a little muted. If we would normally have celebrated the inauguration of the new location with the entire team, we are now making all concessions and have only moved around a third of the SHA employees to PhoenixWERK for the time being. The original plan to merge the two SHA locations in Dortmund (the previous headquarters in Aplerbeck and the office in the former chocolate factory) will now have to wait a little longer for the final realization.
This means that our “chocolate factory” will continue to operate for the time being. In addition, many SHA employees work from home.
In this way, we want to make the work situation and daily routine as relaxed and less stressful as possible for all colleagues. And ensure that your requests continue to be processed quickly and reliably.
Yes, not everything is “as usual” after all. Fortunately, postponed is not canceled. We will postpone the joint toast to the new company location with the entire team for as long as it is “necessary” in the truest sense of the word.
