The PhoenixWERK office building – planned and realized by SHA Scheffler Helbich Architekten GmbH – is the new location of our traditional family business in Dortmund.

The move to PhoenixWERK is a milestone in SHA’s company history. From our innovation location in Phoenix West, we plan for our clients throughout Germany. For our architectural office, this means: new work in a historical environment at a location with a strong character. The building blends naturally into its historical surroundings with a clear and pointed focus on the historic blast furnace and the Warsteiner Music Hall. Curious? We will take you on a tour.
