New location in a new dimension

Bauzentrum Auer in Landshut, Bavaria, is more than just an ordinary building materials store. It comprises the entire program of a contemporary concept with a building materials hall, open-air storage and loading zone as well as a specialist building materials market, exhibition hall and landscaping exhibition. The striking entrance area with its eye-catching red color elements and cantilevered structural elements draws attention to the ultra-modern building from afar with a “grand gesture” towards the street.

The interior continues in spectacular fashion: under a ceiling height of nine meters, quality-conscious customers will find a considerable selection of first-class products, which are generously and clearly presented on more than 1,200 m² of exhibition space and over 12,000 m² of total space.

The high-quality, wide-ranging assortment is aimed at both performance-oriented commercial professional customers such as construction and trade companies, property developers and architects as well as discerning private DIY enthusiasts and home or apartment owners.

The Erdinger family business can look back on more than 130 years of company history. With the branch in the Münchnerau industrial estate in Landshut, Auer Baustoffe has now established its sixth location. This shows that SHA is reliably in use throughout Germany. Our architectural office realized the project in a 9-month construction period together with the company Brüninghoff as general contractor. We take care of every detail, even over a distance of 600 kilometers. The turnkey award and grand opening took place in June 2019.
