New construction and expansion in Calw

Bauzentrum Kömpf in Calw is an example of the large number of projects realized for the building materials trade throughout Germany. The forward-looking, future-oriented overall concept provided for extensions right from the start. The building project was realized in four construction phases. The combined store consists of a warehouse, loading zone, specialist store and showroom on one side and a DIY store with garden center on the other.

Both areas were repeatedly expanded separately. To date, over 8,000 m² of covered space and 16,000 m² of outdoor storage space have been created for professional customers, as well as a DIY store with a light-flooded garden paradise covering a total of 11,500 m² and 250 parking spaces for end consumers.
