MW Trockenbau: New construction of a specialist retailer in Neu-Isenburg

Practical modular principle

In 2014, SHA was commissioned by MW Trockenbau GmbH & Co KG to look for a site in the Rhine-Main area for a new construction project. The decision for a 6,000 m² site in a logistically excellent location in Martin-Behaim-Strasse, Neu-Isenburg, was not a difficult one. The existing building was demolished in February 2015 and construction began in the summer. The specialist retailer MW Trockenbau has been operating successfully since January 2016.

In 2006, SHA developed a sample corporate design for the Metzger Group. A modular system that is adapted and implemented according to the prevailing conditions on the property.

Building centers were established in Münster, Berlin and Cologne. The building for MW Trockenbau in Neu-Isenburg was also completed according to these criteria.

By the way: In 1978, over 40 years ago, Peter Scheffler, then owner of the architectural firm, and Karl Ernst Metzger, founder of today’s Metzger Group, laid the foundation for SHA’s success story in the building materials trade.
