New building

In the bidding process, the design by SHA prevailed over the competitors and won first place. The high level of economic efficiency, which was achieved thanks to the extremely effective axle dimensions and the small traffic areas, was particularly impressive.

In total, the building has offices for almost 100 JobCenter employees. This means that several administrative locations can be combined in one building in the city center.

At the same time, the building provides the city center with the opportunity to make greater use of an underdeveloped area and thus close the urban edge.

The building was constructed at the same time as the adjacent Berlet specialist store (also designed by SHA). The heights of the buildings are mutually absorbed and continued. This creates a harmonious continuity that calms the cityscape.
