Our new building project for an office for the Bundesliga soccer club from Leipzig was published under the title “Holzbauwunder” in the July issue of the Baumeister architecture magazine!
Together with the client and representatives from the press and politics, we officially heralded the start of construction work on the new operating center.
On Friday, 12.01.2024, the inauguration of the third office building of PhoenixWERKS was celebrated at Phoenix West, which was completed at the end of 2023 after 3 years of planning and construction.

In addition to numerous cultural events, the plans for the “Lensing Media Port” and the history of the old warehouse building were also presented during the Dortmund harbor walk on the last weekend in August. Modern, flexible workstations will be created here as part of the conversion.

On 18. and June 19, 2022, exactly 139 architectural projects will be presented to the public in 76 cities and municipalities in North Rhine-Westphalia.

It’s the details that count! The locking system and fittings for the windows and doors of the PhoenixWERK office complex were selected in collaboration with door system specialist ECO Schulte.
