The initial idea, the first draft, the finished concept and finally the execution down to the last detail - that is the work of Marc Horstmeier. He is responsible for the design and functionality of our projects. Marc Horstmeier is also a lecturer in architecture at the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts.

Jana Hirschhäuser has been part of the SHA team since 2014. She initially focused on detailing and execution planning, including for the new construction of the training center for RB Leipzig e.V. For PhoenixWERK, she switched to the construction management team. She has been working at our Berlin site since 2024 and now supports the team from the capital.
