3rd prize in the architectural competition – new construction of a 4-stream grammar school including a sports hall as part of the Berlin school construction offensive. The building not only has an educational function, but also contributes to the formal and sustainable development of the entire urban area.
A mobility storage facility is being built at the Port of Dortmund. The concept of Gebr. Lensing Immobiliengesellschaft mbH & Co. KG together with our office SHA Scheffler Helbich Architekten GmbH was chosen as the winning design by the jury.
Architectural services: Contract awarded to SHA and quadrat+ architekten in the competition for the object planning services for the replacement building Andreasschule Ostflügel, Dorfgemeinschaftshaus and Musikhaus Ahaus-Wüllen.
