Formerly a savings bank, now a daycare center
SHA planned the conversion of the former savings bank building in Dortmund’s Nordstadt district into a daycare center. The result after the core refurbishment is impressive.

Hoeschpark – from ash to artificial turf
In 2014, we converted three cinder pitches into artificial turf pitches in the listed Hoeschpark in Dortmund. In this way, we also support smaller clubs on their way to becoming professional training locations.
SHA and the world market leader Murtfeldt Kunststoffe
Murtfeldt products are used wherever packaging, filling and transportation take place. Murtfeldt is one of the world’s leading companies in the field of sliding plastics. The collaboration with SHA began in 2007 with the expansion of a production hall.
Sports facility construction: the BVB training center
When BVB’s new training center was opened in 2005 with the then amateur and professional building and the first pitches, it was not foreseeable that this would only be the beginning of a fantastic collaboration.
