SHA is supporting the Dortmund-based transmission system operator Amprion in the construction of an office and conference building on Robert-Schuman-Straße. The foundation stone has now been ceremoniously laid.
Something is happening in Dortmund’s port: the former warehouse building at Speicherstrasse 2 will soon become the “Lensing Media Port”. The demolition of an old two-storey extension began last week.
Building sections I and II of the PhoenixWERK were just the beginning: the building application for building section III on Konrad-Zuse-Strasse has now been submitted. Contemporary offices with spacious meeting rooms are also being created here. There is also space for a further gastronomic offer. Completion is planned for 2023.

SHA’s sustainable and versatile design in the planning competition for a four-court sports hall in Dortmund’s Unionviertel district has been awarded a prize.
