Lensing Media Port

The former warehouse at Dortmund Harbor has been transformed into the Lensing Media Port. The transformed existing building now houses a unique mix of uses, as the new utilization concept envisions digital and media-savvy companies – while simultaneously creating an opening of the area to the neighboring residential areas and the general public. Digital agencies, restaurants, and conference rooms fill the former warehouse at Dortmund Harbor with new life. The Southern Speicherstraße harbor district is thus becoming a new digital and urban quarter that thrives on and benefits from exchange and collaboration. And all this in an ideal location: close to the city, as the “gateway to the city”, and directly on the water, which invites you to stroll. Towards the harbor basin and the new Speicherstraßenplatz, the ground floor is opened up transparently and connects generously with the public space. The event areas are managed by the catering operators and can be interconnected for larger events. From the city center, the “Southern Speicherstraße am Stadthafen” district can be reached in just a few minutes by car or public transport.
