The "TOTAL E-QUALITY in the Ruhr Metropolis" campaign has celebrated its tenth anniversary. The 27 award winners - including SHA - toasted the great success. The aim is to improve equal opportunities for women and men in the workplace.

We are not only a family business, we also live this attitude. And give our colleagues a tailwind in all situations. Promoting health in everyday working life
Unfortunately, movement is sometimes neglected in everyday office life. We are taking countermeasures and doing something about prevention: with our own company sports group that meets weekly for running, coordination and fitness training. With flexible sit-stand workstations and ergonomic computer accessories. By taking part in the Dortmund company runs. With the option of leasing an e-bike for the commute to work.
